Admission to Boo Bash is free. No pre-registration is required.
What to Wear
All guests are encouraged to wear costumes, either individually as a group. Our participating vendors and City of Fishers staff will be dressing up to match their themed booths!

Accessibility & Sensory Needs
- Parking: Accessible parking will be located in the south City Services Building (3 Municipal Drive) parking lot. A designated tag or license plate must be visible, and this lot will be monitored by a parking attendant.
- Restrooms: Accessible restrooms and stalls will be available in the Pavilion building at the south end of the NPD AMP lawn and at the east side of the venue in the north City Services Building parking lot (same parking lot as food trucks).
- Paths and walkways: All paths and walkways at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater are accessible for those who use wheelchairs or assisted mobility equipment.
- Sensory bags: Sensory bags, which include noise-canceling headphones, fidget toys, etc., will be available. If you or a member of your party would like to use a sensory bag, let a Fishers Parks team member know at the NPD AMP stage.
- Assisted-listening devices: Assisted listening devices can be utilized at all NPD AMP events. If you or a member of your party would like to use an assisted-listening device, let a Fishers Parks team member know at the NPD AMP stage.
Weather
October can be a tricky month for weather. We always recommend checking the forecast for the day so you can best prepare yourself for potential cold temperatures, rain, etc. All weather-related event updates will be posted to Fishers Parks social media channels as they are determined.
Booth-Decorating Contest
All booths (vendors, City of Fishers departments) will participate in dressing up in costume and decorating their booth space. Walk though the event, pick your favorite, and then cast your vote! The booth with the most votes at the end of the event will win the annual Boo Bash People’s Choice Award.
Parking & Road Closures
Parking is located throughout downtown Fishers and the NPD AMP via surface parking lots, parking garages, and street parking.
A portion of the Municipal Drive loop will be closed (east, from in front of the Ellipse building to in front of the police department) to host our vendor area. North Street, the west side of the Municipal Drive loop, and Municipal Drive at 116th Street will remain open.
Restrooms
Restrooms can be located in the Pavilion building at the south end of the NPD AMP lawn (between City Hall construction and the NPD AMP stage) and at the east side of the venue in the north City Services Building parking lot (same parking lot as food trucks).
First-Aid, Emergencies, Lost Children, Lost Items
Please report any emergency situation to the staff at the NPD AMP stage. Fishers Parks and City of Fishers staff can be located throughout the event and should be notified immediately of any emergency situation or suspicious activity. If you see something, say something. Fishers Parks is not responsible for any misplaced, lost, or stolen items. Any valuables found will be turned over to the Fishers Police Department headquarters at 4 Municipal Drive, across the street from the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater on the east side of the loop.
