Park Buildings + Shelters

Park buildings are available for rental year round from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily with a 4-hour minimum. Shelters are available for rental from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily with a 2-hour minimum, April through October. No alcohol is permitted without prior approval of the event committee. City Hall Pavilion

Just north of Fishers City Hall, at the south end of the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater lawn is The Pavilion (10 Municipal Drive). Currently, the Pavilion Conference Room is available to reserve for your group/meeting Monday-Friday from 6 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., with weekend use decided on a case-by-case basis. This conference room has a 25 person capacity and features movable tables and chairs as well as a TV with a ClickShare projecting system. Restrooms are available in this space, as well as a mini fridge. You are permitted to bring your own food and beverages. No alcohol is permitted.

Historic Ambassador House + Heritage Gardens

The Historic Ambassador House + Heritage Gardens is owned and operated by Fishers Parks. The fully restored 1820s home is a beautiful venue for weddings, wine tastings, engagement parties, wedding and baby showers, club meetings, and more.
