Two people taking in the view at Fishers white river park

Fishers White River Park

Fishers White River Park is Fishers Parks’ newest property in its robust offerings of parks and recreation facilities! Situated just west of the intersection of 96th Street and Allisonville Road, the park is a key addition to connecting visitors to existing trails and waterways throughout Central Indiana.

Fishers White River Park features more 120 acres of parkland with over 5,000 feet of riverfront and unique amenities along the west side of Fishers and Allisonville Road corridor.  Groundbreaking on the property occurred in fall 2024 and is slated for full opening in early 2026.

November 2025 update
The park is now open to the public daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. as we finalize some elements and features of the property. Gates will be open for drive-in traffic to the parking lot for public use of walking trails and connectivity to Heritage Park and the new Burr Oak Bridge across the White River, connecting Heritage Park to Carmel’s Hazel Dell Landing Park. Restrooms are winterized and will not open until spring 2026.
