Our annual winter break camp offers drop-in camp days for a range of ages and follows Hamilton Southeastern Schools’ district calendar.

Important Information

What to bring to camp each day

• Closed-toe shoes and weather appropriate clothing to be both indoor and outdoor
• Shelf-stable lunch
• 2 snacks (1 morning, 1 afternoon)
• Refillable water bottle

Refund policy

A full refund will be issued if Fishers Parks cancels this program. Fishers Parks will offer refunds for summer camps based on the time between cancellation and the program date: 

• Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if requested more than 14 days prior to the start of the program date.
• 50% Refund: A 50% refund will be issued if requested 7 to 13 days prior to the start of the program date.
• No Refund: Fishers Parks will not issue refunds to those requesting registration cancellation within 7 days of the start of the program.

Camper Emergency & Safety Information Form

Before your first registered day of camp, you will receive an email from Fishers Parks requesting that you complete an emergency and safety information form for your child. This form must be completed before your child can begin camp.
