Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the Spark!Fishers 5K and All Abilities 1-Miler, returning to downtown Fishers on Wednesday, June 25.

As part of the festival week, this community event, hosted by Fishers Parks and presented by IU Health Fishers, features a competitive 5K race, an untimed 1-Miler for all abilities, and an exciting post-race celebration at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater!

All ages and abilities are welcome. The event is ADA-, family-, and stroller-friendly, but pets are not permitted. Service animals are always welcome at all Fishers Parks events.

All Abilities 1-Miler

After a successful debut in 2024, the All Abilities 1-Miler is back! This untimed, fun-run-style event welcomes participants of all ages and abilities—perfect for families or individuals who want to be part of the festivities without running a full 5K. The event begins at 6 p.m.

5K Race, Swag, and After-Party

The timed 5K walk/run kicks off at 7 p.m. All participants in either race will receive a commemorative 2025 Spark!Fishers 5K T-shirt, a finisher’s medal, and complimentary admission to the post-race party. Celebrate with a DJ, food trucks, and drinks—plus, redeem your race bib for a free beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).
