Pro Tips

For the best Glow in the Park experience and a comfortable ride home, we suggest bringing the following items:

  • Goggles
  • Hair/shower cap
  • Towel
  • Plastic garbage bags
  • Change of clothes

Wear a white shirt, or buy a white Glow in the Park-branded T-shirt for $10 at the Fishers Parks tent. A white shirt will glow under the black lights and display paint splatter the best.

This event is standing room only. No tents, tables, chairs, wagons, etc. will be permitted. If you have a physical need that requires accommodation, please see a staff member.

Food & Drinks

No outside food or beverages will be permitted. Food, drink, and treat vendors and trucks will be on site selling.

If you’re attending 21+ Night, the reusable Glow in the Park commemorative cup can be used for $1 off your alcoholic beverage refill.

Parking

Parking is located throughout downtown Fishers and the Nickel Plate District via surface parking lots, parking garages, and street parking. Please note that several surface lots are currently closed for City Hall construction. View a parking map HERE.

Restrooms

Restroom buildings will be closed. Portable restrooms will be available. Accessible portable restrooms also will be available.

Accessibility

Have sensory needs? Check out a Kulture City Sensory Bag from the Fishers Parks tent, and be sure to visit our sensory friendly paint-spray area just north of the Pavilion building, at the back of the AMP lawn.

Accessible portable restrooms will be available alongside other portable restroom options in the parking lot north of the fire station and north of the City Services building, on the west and east sides of the event, respectively.

Accessible parking for this event will be located in the south parking lot of the City Services building at 3 Municipal Drive. A tag or license plate must be shown.

All primary pathways through the event are accessible for individuals who utilize a wheelchair. Additionally, an elevated platform with a ramp and railing will be available for ADA seating.

First Aid, Emergencies, Lost Parents/Children

Visit the Fishers Park tent(s) for first aid and lost party members. Event staff should be notified immediately of any emergency situations or suspicious activity. If you see something, say something.

The stage area will be loud, bright with lights, and messy. The AMP stage is the main source of action for Glow in the Park. Performers will be playing from the stage, and this also is the spot for paint spray into the crowd. This show may not be safe for some people with epilepsy. Some lighting will be used that may be disruptive to people who are sensitive to light.
