
About Spark!Fishers 2025
Spark!Fishers, presented by Meijer, will return in 2025 with its annual, weeklong celebration from Tuesday, June 24, through Saturday, June 28.
The event will kick off with a free concert and drone show Tuesday night, and the celebration will continue all week, ending with the annual Spark!Fishers Street Fair + Parade through downtown Fishers celebrating our vibrant community.

Accessibility

Sensory Resources
Fishers Parks will offer sensory inclusive bags and weighted lap pads for those with sensory needs during all events. Sensory Bags are equipped with noise reducing headphones, fidget tools and communication cards. Sensory bags will be available at Fishers Parks information tents throughout the event.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices are available for all live stage entertainment at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater. To borrow one of these devices, please find a staff member at the NPD AMP stage.
Accessible Seating
Designated seating for Nickel Plate District AMP stage entertainment is available for mobility impaired guests. Please look for the signed concrete platforms located off the main walkway separating the front and back lawn areas.
Accessible Restrooms
Accessible restroom facilities and accessible portable toilets are available at each Spark!Fishers event. Public accessible restroom facilities can be located at the west side of the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater stage, inside the Pavilion building at the south end of the NPD AMP lawn, and inside City Hall. Accessible portable restrooms also will be available alongside portable restrooms and hand-washing stations throughout the event.

Accessible parking is available at all Spark!Fishers events. Daily accessible parking options include:
- Tuesday, June 24: South City Services Building parking lot (3 Municipal Drive) and the Fishers Police Department parking garage (4 Municipal Drive)
- Wednesday, June 25: Parking lot immediately south of the fire station at 2 Municipal Drive.
- Thursday, June 26: Depot Dog Park parking lot at the northwest corner of Fishers Center Drive and Municipal Drive.
- Friday, June 27: South City Services Building parking lot (3 Municipal Drive) and the Fishers Police Department parking garage (4 Municipal Drive)
- Saturday, June 28: Ellipse south parking lot (11 Municipal Drive)
Parking + Shuttles
Shuttle Service
On Saturday, June 28, Spark!Fishers attendees, volunteers, and staff are strongly encouraged to park at FORUM Events Center (11313 USA Pkwy, Fishers, IN 46037) and take the free shuttle to the festival. Shuttles will run regularly beginning Saturday at 12:30 p.m. through 11 p.m.

Parking Lots + Garages
Surface lots around Municipal Drive will not be available to Spark!Fishers guests as well as some street parking within the event footprint or along the parade route. Public parking is available in The Edge, The Depot, Nickel Plate Station, First Internet Bank, and Spark Apartments garages. The Switch and Police Department Garages require passes to enter.
Please note: Access to downtown parking will be limited from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 28, due to the parade affecting traffic patterns. Travel from garages and parking lots may be delayed for parade participants’ safety.

- 4:30 p.m. – All vehicles must be removed from the parking lot immediately north of the fire station at 2 Municipal Drive. All vehicles must be removed from the parking lot immediately north of the City Services Building at 3 Municipal Drive.
Wednesday, June 25, 2025

- Road closures
- 3 p.m. – Access to Municipal Drive (Central Green area) between 116th Street and North Street closed. Intersection at Fishers Center Drive and Municipal Drive north bound closed. Municipal Drive southwest-bound at Municipal Drive North behind the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater closed.
- 5 p.m. – Access to Municipal Drive (Central Green area) to North Street closed. Municipal Drive to 116th Street closed.
- 6 p.m. – Lane restrictions and closures along 5K route and All Abilities 1-Miler route. Rolling closures along 116th Street at Central Green (north most lane westbound) will be temporarily restricted until all participants clear the area.
- 6:30 p.m. – Municipal Drive at 116th Street closed. Right turn only when exiting The Switch Station Garage onto North Street. No left turn out of the Fuel Way or Markay Drive onto 126th Street. No right turn onto 126th Street from Trophy Drive; left turns only as permitted by public safety.
- 7 p.m. – Westbound lane on North Street at Maple Street closed. Lantern Road from Technology Way to 126th Street roundabout closed. Eastbound traffic on 126th Street from Lantern Road to Nickel Plate Trail closed.
- Parking restrictions
- All day – No Municipal Drive street parking. Parking lot immediately north of the fire station at 2 Municipal Drive closed.
- 4:30 p.m. – Parking lot closures begin. No parking at Flexware, Ellipse, Library North, Library South, Braden rear, Police Station parking areas, and City Services Building (north and south lots).
- 6:30 p.m. – The Depot will be open for entry/exit from Fishers Center Drive only. No entry from Municipal Drive into the The Switch Station Garage.

- 2-6 p.m. – Municipal Drive closed off of 116th Street and surrounding City Hall near Central Green
- Parking restrictions
- All day – Municipal Drive street parking closed. No parking in the lot immediately south of the City Services Building at 3 Municipal Drive. No parking in the lot immediate south of the fire station at 2 Municipal Drive.
- 5:45 p.m. – The Depot will be open for entry/exit from the west side (Fishers Center Drive) only. No entry from Municipal Drive into The Switch Station Garage (access from North Street only). Right turn only from Police Garage.

- Road closures
- All day – Restrictions on northbound Municipal Drive near Nickel Plate District Amphitheater
- 11 a.m. – Municipal Drive In front of City Hall. Right turn only onto Municipal Drive at Central Green.
- 9:45 p.m. – Municipal Drive on east side of loop. Nickel Plate Trail at Lantern Road to Police Garage on North Street.
- Parking restrictions
- 6 a.m. – No street parking at Municipal Drive adjacent to Flexware, Ellipse and the Library. No street parking on Municipal Drive north (behind Nickel Plate District Amphitheater to Lantern Road). No street parking on Municipal Drive south (south of City Hall on east and west sides of Central Green).
- Surface parking lots closed north and south of fire station at 2 Municipal Drive, north of the City Services Building at 3 Municipal Drive, south of the Library, and Flexware.
- 4:30 p.m. – The parking lot immediately south of the City Services Building at 3 Municipal Drive must be clear for the lot to be converted to an accessible parking lot by 5 p.m. Tag required.
- 3 p.m. – Surface parking lots closed due to fireworks fall zone north and south of the Library and at the Ellipse building.
- 6 a.m. – No street parking at Municipal Drive adjacent to Flexware, Ellipse and the Library. No street parking on Municipal Drive north (behind Nickel Plate District Amphitheater to Lantern Road). No street parking on Municipal Drive south (south of City Hall on east and west sides of Central Green).
Saturday, June 28, 2025

- Road closures
- 12:30 p.m. – Municipal Drive closed for event set up. Intersection of North Street and Municipal Drive closed. Fishers Center Drive closed north/east of post office. 116th Street and Municipal Drive closed. Intersection of North and Maple streets closed (allowing through traffic with parking passes to The Switch Station Garage).
- 2 p.m. – Festival begins, resulting in parking and road restrictions throughout downtown and the Nickel Plate District.
- 5:30 p.m. – Parade closures + restrictions
Parade closures will begin at 5:30 p.m. and should reopen at approximately 8 p.m. Additionally, there will be no in/out traffic permitted from the Holland Park parking lot between 6-8 p.m.- Lantern Road between Technology Way and Sunblest Boulevard
- 116th Street between Municipal Drive and Holland Drive
- 116th Street at intersections of Municipal Drive, Fishers Center Drive, Fishers Pointe Drive, Regency Drive, and Holland Drive
- Holland Drive at intersections of Madden Drive, Hampton Place, Sunblest Boulevard, Ashton Drive, and Ellipse Parkway

No street parking along all of Municipal Drive.
- 12:30 p.m. – No parking without a parking pass at the following parking garages:
- Switch Station Garage – No entry from Municipal Drive. Access from North Street only.
- The Depot Garage – No entry from Municipal Drive. Access from Fishers Center Drive only.
