Spark!Fishers, presented by Meijer, will return in 2026 with its annual celebration of the summer on June 26 and 27 in the Nickel Plate District, anchored at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater.

Sensory Resources
Fishers Parks will provide for checkout sensory inclusive bags and weighted lap pads for those with sensory needs during all events. Sensory Bags are equipped with noise reducing headphones, fidget tools and communication cards. Assisted listening devices also are availalble for all live stage entertainment at the NPD AMP. To borrow one of these devices, please see a staff member at the stage. Depending on the event, ASL interpreters may be utilized.
Accessible Seating
Designated seating for NPD AMP stage entertainment is available for mobility impaired guests. Please look for the signed concrete platforms located off the main walkway at the back of the front lawn.
Accessible Restrooms
Public accessible restroom facilities can be located at the west side of the NPD AMP stage, inside the Pavilion building at the south end of the NPD AMP lawn, and inside City Hall. Accessible portable restrooms also will be available alongside portable restrooms and hand-washing stations.

Parking + Shuttles
Shuttle Service
On Saturday, Spark!Fishers attendees, volunteers, and staff are strongly encouraged to park at Crosspoint Plaza 1 (10475 Crosspoint Blvd, Indianapolis, IN 46256) and take the free shuttle to the festival. Shuttles will run regularly beginning Saturday at 2:30 p.m. through midnight.

Parking Lots + Garages
Surface lots around Municipal Drive will not be available to Spark!Fishers guests. FREE public parking is available in The Edge, Nickel Plate Station, and First Internet Bank parking garages.
Important note: Access to downtown parking will be limited from 6:15 to 9 p.m. due to the parade route affecting traffic patterns. Travel from garages and parking lots may be delayed for parade participants’ safety.

- Parking restrictions beginning at 3:30 p.m.
- No parking permitted in Fishers City Services Building north parking lot at 3 Municipal Drive.
- ONLY fire department staff with a parking pass and/or event guests with an accessible parking tag or license plate will be permitted to park Fishers Fire Department Station 91 north parking lot at 2 Municipal Drive.
Friday, June 26, 2026

- Regency Drive from Lake Circle South to Chelsea Court (Sunblest Apartments)
- All-day parking restrictions
- No curbside or parallel parking along Municipal Drive (loop and east and west sides of north- and southbound Central Green)
- No parking in the following lots:
- City Services Building north and south lots (3 Municipal Drive)
- Flexware Innovation lot (12 Municipal Drive)
- Hamilton East Public Library east and south lots (5 Municipal Drive)
- USPS lot (8500 E. 116th Street)
- Lane restrictions may also be in place throughout the day around the Municipal Drive circle as large deliveries are made for the festival.
- USPS parking lot open only for USPS employees and customers conducting post office business. This parking lot should not be used at any time for Spark!Fishers event parking.
- Accessible parking will be available in the Fishers Fire Department Station 91 north parking lot. Tag or license plate required.
Saturday, June 27, 2026
- Road restrictions and closures
- Beginning at 11:30 a.m.
- All of Municipal Drive loop from Fishers Center Drive (post office road) northbound along the west side of the loop, around and behind the amphitheater stage, back southbound on the east side of the loop to North Street
- All of Fishers Center Drive from 116th Street north to Municipal Drive
- North Street from Municipal Drive to Maple Street
- Beginning at 2:30 p.m.
- Complete closure of Municipal Drive loop from 116th Street north to Lantern Road
- No visitor vehicles will be permitted into the festival footprint beginning at this time.
- FULL CLOSURES beginning at 6:15 p.m.
Note: These will reopen as the parade completes its route and after the intersection or roadway has been cleared for reopening by the Fishers Police Department, estimated at approximately 9 p.m.- Lantern Road from Technology Way and Sunblest Boulevard and from Sunblest Boulevard

- Accessible parking will be available in the Ellipse south parking lot at 11 Municipal Drive. This parking lot must be accessed from the north side at Lantern Road and Municipal Drive.
- Holland Park will be closed to vehicular traffic all day. The park will still be open from dawn until 8 p.m. The park will close at 8 p.m. as Fishers Parks staff sets up the fireworks finale of the Spark!Fishers Festival. The park property will remain closed the remainder of the evening. People should not trespass the property, as it will be an active fall zone for fireworks debris.
